Reservations can be booked at any time 24/7. We recommend to our clients to reserve at least 18 hours in advance. Less than 18 hours notice is subject to availability. Please call us at 877-368-3342 for short notice reservations, however we can not guarantee you availability on short time notice.


Early morning trips with a pickup time before 9:00AM is dispatched by 9:00PM the preceding day. All other trips are dispatched 2 hours prior to pickup time.


Cancellations can be made via email with up to 24 hours before the scheduled pick up time or 2 hours by calling customer service at 908-935-9299. If you cancel the reservation 2 hours or less before the scheduled pick up time or flight arrival time or before the chauffeur are dispatched for early morning trip you will be charged full fare, including 20% gratuity.

Waiting Time:

A 15 minute grace period is allowed on pick ups other than at airports. After the grace period, waiting time will be charged hourly in quarter hour increments. A 30 minute for domestic or 45 minutes for international grace period is allowed following the reported flight arrival time.

No Shows:

A no show fee equal to trip cost plus 20% gratuity and any applicable waiting time will be charged when the passenger fails to show at the designated location. In order to avoid unnecessary aggravation, clients should not leave designated locations without notifying us first.

Travel Time:

When applicable, generally assessed from where the limo pick up and drop off points are located. It is calculated based on the travel time posted on Google or Yahoo maps. Any hourly wait & return trip is subject to travel time and if the pickup location is over 1/2 hour away from base.


A $35.00 holiday surcharge for all trips occurring on: Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day. A $15.00 early morning surcharge for service scheduled between the hours of 12:00AM and 6:00AM.

Extra Stop Charges:

Passenger requested stop(s) during a point to point reservation will be charged $20.00 per stop for a maximum of 15 minutes waiting anything over 15 minutes will revert to respective vehicle hourly rate.

Other Charges:

The following additional charges will be itemized on the customer's billing statement when applicable: 20% gratuity, 5% fuel surcharge, airport meet & greet, applicable taxes, tolls, airport fees, parking and Cell phone usage
